Our Story

Connect4Talent was founded by Mary Ann Cordiano with a clear mission to give businesses access to recruiting expertise in a way that is different than the traditional recruiting firms.  With more than 30 years of HR and recruiting experience — progressing from HR Assistant to Director-level roles — Mary Ann built Connect4Talent on the belief that great hiring should be accessible, flexible, and strategic.

Mary Ann's experience spans a wide range of industries having recruited at well-known organizations including Coach, ESPN, Zipcar, and Digitas. Since 2018, she has been deeply immersed in the IT Managed Service Provider space through CMIT Solutions, giving Connect4Talent firsthand insight into the unique hiring challenges faced by growing technology firms.
