My entrepreneurial journey started before I even knew what the word meant.
I grew up in New Jersey in a family that ran multiple businesses simultaneously — and I learned the hustle early. That experience shaped how I think about business, people, and what it really takes to build something from the ground up.
When it came time to start my career, Human Resources felt like a natural fit. But within HR, it was always recruiting that energized me most. The connector in me loved matching the right person to the right opportunity — so I started specializing in recruiting early and never looked back.
Over the years I've recruited for nationally recognized brands like Coach, ESPN, Zipcar, and Digitas, as well as small businesses at every stage of growth. Eight years ago my husband and I started our own business, deepening my understanding of the unique challenges small business owners face — including one I kept hearing over and over: finding good people is hard, time-consuming, and pulls owners away from what they should be focused on which is growing their business.
That insight is at the heart of everything Connect4Talent does.
