Our Story
Connect4Talent was founded by Mary Ann Cordiano to help small businesses gain access to experienced recruiting and talent advisory support without the cost and complexity of building an internal recruiting function.
Drawing on more than 30 years of recruiting and human resources experience, Mary Ann has partnered with organizations of all sizes to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Throughout her career, she has learned that successful hiring is about more than filling positions - it's about understanding a company's goals, culture, and long-term growth plans.
As Connect4Talent grew, so did its expertise in the IT Managed Services industry. Since 2018, Mary Ann has worked closely with Managed Service Providers, gaining firsthand insight into the unique hiring challenges MSPs face. That experience ultimately led to the launch of MSP Talent Group, a specialized recruiting practice focused exclusively on serving MSPs nationwide.
Today, Connect4Talent continues to help small businesses strengthen their teams through flexible recruiting and talent advisory services, while MSP Talent Group provides dedicated recruiting support for the MSP community.
