Mary Ann Cordiano has 20+ years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources. Her work spans a variety of industries and many cities including New York, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and Cleveland. She has worked for companies such as ESPN, Coach, Zipcar, Digitas among others….and even got to work for the 1996 Atlanta Olympics!

Her education includes a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University. Upon graduating, she spent a year volunteering in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Mary Ann then earned her MBA from Georgia State University. She is a life learner and continuously finds ways to develop her skills. Mary Ann completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program in 2021.

Mary Ann’s entrepreneurial journey started when she was a child living in New Jersey. Her family owned a restaurant, liquor store and an arcade.  

Mary Ann and her husband Ed also own CMIT Solutions which supports small-mid sized businesses with outsourced IT and Cybersecurity.
